AFSE Media Policy
The Americas' Fire & Security Expo (AFSE) welcomes the professional editorial staff of relevant
trade publications, print, and broadcast media to attend AFSE educational programs and the exposition.
AFSE will provide approved media representatives fair and equal access to activities and participants
as far as time and circumstances permit. However, if an event is designated as a "closed meeting," either
due to content or by request of speakers or participants, media will not be allowed access.
Complimentary press registration and credentials are extended to qualified media upon receipt of a request for press credentials.
Your Press Credentials*
As a member of the working press attending AFSE, you have full access to:
- Exhibit halls
- Keynote addresses
- All conference sessions
We would appreciate it if attending media send us two copies of published articles about the event covered.

Press credentials will begin mailing on June 29, 2008. Requests received after June 22, 2008 will not mail and badges will be available onsite. Credentials are considered for the following:
Advertising personnel are not eligible to receive press credentials. |
